Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keep the tape under your arms and over the shoulder blades. Sleeve: Measure from center of back of the neck, following the curve of your bent elbow, and continuing down to your wrist. Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.  |
